Lehigh Valley Vegan is an all-volunteer non-profit located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

Our mission is to promote and encourage veganism in the Lehigh Valey through events, outreach, restaurant consultation, and community events.

​

Our premiere event is our annual vegan macaroni and "cheese" contest that encourages local restaurants to create a creative and delicious vegan mac n cheese entree - participants then vote on their favorite!
